Police in Minnesota say they’re still searching for a man who fled after he left blood-stained footprints at his home in May.
A search warrant was served at the home of Matthew R. Todt, 33, on May 3 and a crime scene was discovered inside the home.
Police say he had left his bloody footprints outside the house on the evening of May 3.
Toodt was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of stolen property, assault, theft and tampering with physical evidence.
Todt was held without bond at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and is due back in court on May 7.
